REFUND/RETURN If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we would like to know. Please send us an email to: [email protected], including your order number and the reason for the return. DHN Group only accepts returns in the following cases: shipment of a product other than that ordered; damaged product. Delivery charges included on the original invoice and any applicable taxes will not be refunded. Products damaged by the customer cannot be accepted.
